We took our viral 40oz Traveler and shrunk it down to 20oz. The 20oz Traveler is completely leakproof, cupholder compatible, and has a hygienic circular flip straw for easy sipping. The 20oz Traveler comes with a removable silicone boot that’s perfect for protecting your bottle and your surfaces. We advise performing regular cleaning for both the Traveler and the lid, particularly after using liquids other than water. After washing, ensure that both the bottle and the lid are left to air dry individually or partially opening the straw to encourage air circulation during the drying process.
If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture consisting of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water. Consistently adhering to these cleaning guidelines will help keep your lid and Traveler clean.

  • Shipping & Pick-Up

    Shipping

    We ship out our orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically fulfilled the day following your purchase. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost within the post office or any wrong addresses that are submitted. 

    Pick-Up
    We offer local pick-up at our storefront in Philadelphia, MS. Once in checkout, you will select "pickup" under delivery method. This will remove the shipping cost in your cart. From there, we will process your order and email and/or tag you in a post on social media to inform you that your order is ready for pick up at our storefront (208 Byrd Avenue N, Philadelphia, MS, 39350). We will have your pick up order ready for you at our counter during store hours. If you are unable to arrive during store hours, we will kindly place your pick up order in our secure pick up box outside of our boutique for you to pick up on your own time. The email you receive notifying you that your order is ready will also have the combination code to unlock the pick up box. Please ensure you lock it back to protect other orders :) After 7 days, we are no longer responsible for contacting you with reminders to pick your order up.   • Returns

    To start a return, it is required that you email us at haseclothingcompany@yahoo.com first to ensure that your return is eligible. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [208 Byrd Avenue N, Philadelphia, MS, 39350]

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you order to request and return your item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. It is also important to note the only form of refund you will receive is store credit. A store credit gift card code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

    If you choose to return your item, you will be responsible for packaging and postage required to get it back to us from your local post office. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice; however, please keep a record of your tracking number so you can follow your order back to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once we receive your package and your item(s) are accepted, we will issue you your store credit code. 

    If you are local, you can bring your return by during store hours, or you can contact us if you need to drop your return off after hours.

    If you are not local and wish to return your item via mail, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit if you send back a late return (e.g. returning your item later than the 14 day return period from the day you place your order).

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all shoes, swimwear, accessories, jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or discounted orders/items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

    Exchanges
    To avoid any confusion, exchanges will not be allowed. A customer returning an item will only be able to receive in-store credit to which they can use for purchase on any item they choose.
